Refresh For companies Request a demo

For device, biologic, toxin and injectable companies

Your training, protocols and catalogue, in one app providers actually open.

Refresh is a free app for aesthetic providers, funded by the companies whose products they use. You publish your material once. Providers learn on their own time. You get back the demo requests, testimonials and before-and-afters that used to take a rep and a phone.

The Refresh app opening screen on an iPhone, showing a provider treating a patient and the line: a device's clearance does not tell you what it does.

What your company gets

Four things, and they all come from the same place.

Education that delivers itself

Publish your catalogue, courses, demonstrations and protocol sheets once. A provider gets the path that matches where they are: still evaluating, just purchased, or back for advanced technique.

Instead of a rep hunting for the same four files and texting them one at a time.

Providers who ask for a conversation

Someone who has read your material and then requests a demo, pricing or training is a different thing from a badge scan. Those requests reach you with what they actually read attached.

Instead of an attendee list you paid for and cannot qualify.

Testimonials with the consent already attached

Request, reminder, submission, permission, review, approved library. Every image and quote carries its source, its signed release and what it may be used for. Nothing enters the library without one.

Instead of a thousand units in the field and nothing you can publish.

A review you cannot buy

Practising physicians score your category against criteria they publish. Sponsorship gets you a place to teach. It does not get you a score, and there is no code path that would let it.

Instead of claims that read exactly like your competitor’s.

The app

Built and running. This is it, not a mockup.

The Refresh catalogue, showing devices grouped by concern with board scores out of twenty.

The catalogue

Devices grouped by the concern a provider is treating, each with its board score. Your products sit here, in front of people choosing.

A device page in Refresh showing a board score of seventeen out of twenty, indication chips, and a library of videos.

A product page

Board score, your videos, before-and-afters with releases on file, and the clearance quoted exactly as written. Providers see which parts came from you and which came from the board.

The sessions tab in Refresh, showing an upcoming live session on how to read a 510(k) clearance.

Sessions

Live and recorded. Run your own, or sponsor a board member’s. Providers register in the app and you see who came.

The Refresh forum, showing providers discussing pricing, service agreements and utilisation.

The forum

Providers asking each other the questions they will not put in an email to your rep. You do not moderate it. That is exactly why they answer honestly in it.

Why providers show up

Because a clearance never told them what your device does.

A 510(k) says something like hemostasis and electrocoagulation. It is a regulatory sentence, not a description of what happens in a treatment room. Nine times out of ten the indication does not match what the product is actually for, which is why your reps get asked the same four questions at every booth and cannot fully answer any of them in writing.

A board of practising physicians can say the rest, in their own name, without putting your regulatory team at risk. That is the reason a provider downloads this app, and the reason your material gets read once they do.

The obvious question

If sponsors bought good scores, this would be worth nothing.

So they cannot. Company material and board judgment are stored separately and rendered separately, and every screen tells a provider which one they are reading. The board decides which companies are reviewed and what the scores are, including declining a company that wants to pay.

  • You control catalogues, courses, demonstrations, protocol sheets, downloadable assets, sessions, and who you invite.
  • The board controls the criteria, the scores, and whether a company is reviewed at all.
  • The provider controls their own words and images, and can withdraw them.

Where this actually is

The app is built and running on iOS: catalogue, board criteria and scores, sessions, forum, and reviews with consent capture. The boards are being assembled now and the first category panels are not seated yet, so every score and board member you see in a demo today is marked as placeholder inside the app, on purpose.

We would rather show you a real product with honest gaps than a polished deck.

Tell us which category you sell into.

Twenty minutes. We will walk you through the app as it stands, what the board can and cannot do for a company like yours, and what is not built yet.
